Wow, that's a pretty fast weight loss for only 2 weeks! I am on a 1200 calorie a day, excercise for about an hour 5-6 days a week, and drink lots of water. My average weekly loss is about 2 pounds, maybe 3 if I'm really stringent or if I add on excercise. You may friend me if you'd like to!

I love it! I am not a treadmill/elliptical type of person, but I usually do about 15 minutes on either prior to Zumba. I need the extra! It may take visiting classes to find one that you like. The good thing is that you can take it higher or lower. The hour goes by fast because it's fun.

After many years of going up and down in weight, this time I have reached my goal by a combination of portion control, cardio, and some weight training. I still have flab I am working on, but happy with my weight. It is a challenge to maintain, but using this app and daily weighing myself helps!

I love Zumba! I get bored easily with treadmills, etc. The time goes by so fast while you're having fun!
