eggs, cheese sticks, lean meat for dinner. I also only have my protein powder (either gnc 100% natural whey or vega protein and greens) if I can't hit my goal (90g) with my food. saves money.

gosh how I wish a banana was filling for me. They're so cheap and my wallet wants me to be full from them but it would take too many bananas for it to work :(

I don't get sick during I just have a harder time getting started. I am also more self concious about classes like yoga. I just use a feminine spray, grab some tampons and push through what I normally do. I find that once I'm all done with my workout my cramps significantly lessen. I like mine, but they may not do anything for you. Supplements are hit or miss and a lot of the results are the placebo affect. Mine taste good and work for me (GNC gummy worm LIT BCAA) so I figure why not! I haven't found any skin problems as a result of them.

I always thought frosted mini wheats/ shredded wheat were an excellent cereal choice and 'better' than cookie crisp or cheerios even.... until i found out what calories are and that tasteless shredded wheat has way more than my beloved cocoa puffs and the serving is sad

I love shredded mini wheats so much but it takes a massive bowl of them to satisfy me for some reason :'( Like an 800 calorie bowl :'(

it is exercise but it will be way easier to set it into your activity level rather than logging it every day.

I find that the cramps go away after a good workout. The hardest part is getting started so I just make sure to take ibuprophen and apply my muscle relaxant beforehand and get going!

I saw the nutter butter cereal but i'm gonna pass on it. 150 calories for 1 cup is a lot for a cereal imo and it may be harder to fit into my day. I'll just buy captain crunch

I think some girls wear thongs under them... I buy seamless bikini style underwear and wear that. Usually I have thick enough leggings that it isn't a huge issue though. Anyone staring at my butt at the gym has their priorities in the wrong place. (even though i guess I couldn't blame them... ;))

I've been eating those premade salad kits (1/3 bag of kit mixed with half a family size bag of big leaf lettuce) and its HUGE, cheap, and super yummy and theres tons of kits!!
