Looked on the site and they have 140 cals, 10g sugar, 6g of protein in the peanut butter cookie dough ones. I might still try these despite the low protein!

I was really happy to see it sweetened with cane sugar. But yeah i did notice a littttle aftertaste but i think it was just because I wasn't used to so much real vanilla bean flavor. Will probably eat it straight and gonna add it to smoothies this week!

My biggest peeve is 'dont eat after (INSERT MAGIC HOUR HERE)' or you'll gain fat'. I understand this advice can help diabetics blood sugar levels but i'm talking about coworkers i hear sharing this info about dieting

I found that adding an extra 100-200 calories to get to my maintainence level kept me more satisfied. I have even gone 100 over my calculated maintainece and still had my weight stay the same after my cycle.
