Perhaps more protein at dinner, increasing the veggies or drinking a glass of water before bed? When I was recomping I had to be almost uncomfortably full at dinner to not eat extra calories before bed.

This is standing up straight? I know if I relax my stomach (and i'm near the same weight as you) it pooches out like that by mid-day. My posture also has a great affect on it. I second the recomp suggestion. It is slow going but I developed so much definition from the process and felt better than doing a bulk/cut.

Giving thanks for halo top tonight. Had my wisdom teeth out and its so nice to have ice cream with nutritional value. I'm having a hard time getting enough protein because all my favorite protein sources need chewing :'(

depends on your goals. I am weightlifting and bulking so I eat around 600 by 11am, not all at once though because i'd get too full. I spread it out with some snacks. The breakfast that leaves me feeling most full is mixing a serving of plain cereal (life, frosted flakes, cheerios) with a cup of greek yogurt.

I liked overnight oats a lot when I was working 3 jobs. They saved me a ton of time in the morning.

They have packages of trail mix, but i'd say the dark chocolate forest one is more like a bark? but not as sticky. If its sweet you're looking for these are definitely not it :D

I made no results at home because it was too easy to get comfortable relaxing and doing housework. I feel more motivated being surrounded by fellow bodybuilders, and not to mention WAY better equipment.
