  • Once a week. Usually Friday morning when I wake up.(unless I'm on shifts that week) I like to do it this way in case my weekend habits cause a water retention that would show worse on Monday morning. (Sometimes eat less heathy/ have some beer)
  • Got out of the shower and realized the towels that didn't wrap around me to cover up now do! Haha. Also the fact that my bra straps are not tightly squeezed with excess back fat but instead actually lay flat around my body.

  • On a night shift right now. I still follow midnight to midnight on MFP. I usually don't like anything large over night.
