  • Yes. It’s a known issue. Not sure why it’s taking so long. I’m kinda annoyed bc last week I started trying to be strict with logging again since I’ve gained some weight back and it’s really interfering with my daily overview.
  • I’ve been taking collagen powder for about 6 months before my wedding a break and I’m back on it. I notice it makes a big difference in my skin! My face just looks more clear all the time. Not getting the usual breakouts I use to.
  • The more the merrier I would say sunshine. Just finished another day of level 2. Love how I always don’t feel up to doing it but once it’s over you feel so much better and glad you did 🙂
  • Running2fit you made great progress! Completed another day of level 2 this morning. 🙂
  • Sadly missed a week due to double shifts, and feeling a bit ill (I know excuses, excuses) but I got my butt to my basement tonight and did level 2. According to my Fitbit my heart rate was higher than it ever was before doing it. 🥳 let’s do this.
  • Yesterday I hit the excersise bike and today did another day of level 2. Feel good. Only thing I notice is at the last set of cardio and abs I almost feel sick to my stomach haha. Not sure if it’s just because I’m pushing myself or what. Oh oh and I finally saw the scale move down! As I mentioned before all I was seeing…
  • I felt that way too. I don’t think I did a full 10 of level 1 because I was getting f a little bored so did level 2 a day then did a level 1 then I’m back on 2 for a few days.
  • I am also having this issue and just trying to be positive and have patience. Since Christmas I’ve got back in being more strict with cal counting and started doing workout videos with weights (currently 30 day shred) and have only noticed weight gain.
  • Finished another day of level 2. Sweating pretty good!
  • Just found this group. I’ve been doing 30 day shred since before New Years and am a few days into level 2. Oddly I find level 2 better than level 1. The cardio in level one was really hard on me for some reason. Although I have been excersing 5-6 days a week and was strick with cal counting last 2 weeks I have actually…
  • Have a friend who will fight with me that alcohol has zero calories ...
  • I hear ya! Did my first day of 30 day shred on Tuesday and I’m just stating to feel better now. My whole body hurt. Even my muscles around my armpit hurts! Haha
  • Sorry I am not even as confident as you and feel like I don’t want to work out in front of people at all. I don’t really know why I feel this way. But yes. Any advice from others would be great.
  • I’m down 55 lbs so far and drink a fair amount on the weekends. I understand that i could have weighed less by not doing so but at the same time I’ve stuck to it so far (440 days). I love my beer so have been sticking more to the 83-95cal per beer choices.
  • Always like to see other succeeding on my news feed. Add me if you’d like 🙂
  • Being in a changing room and being convinced they had “skinny mirrors” because I felt like I don’t look like that. But then at home I noticed that I was seeing the same thing !
  • Had two happen today! 1- I decided to try on those jeans in the back of my closet that when I started this wouldn’t even go up my thighs (literally with zipper undone they would get stuck at mid thigh) today I had them all the way up and buttoned!! Still too tight but it’s close! 2- my hair dresser said I looked great and…
  • Use to hate having to crouch down to get to things on low shelves. At work yesterday I had to do inventory and for the lower shelves I was actually crouching without pain! Whohoo
  • Add me. I’m around a lot of junk too and sometimes eat it too but try to make better choices.
  • I wear scrubs to work and after my few old pairs were falling off I bought some new ones. In a smaller size!
  • I’m open to new friends. Add me.
  • Yea. I do have a lovely king sized bed and the best black out curtains. Not sure why I can sleep a bit longer. Usually asked by 9am and always seem to wake up around 11:30 and just in the mood to get up. I do pre log everything before I go in. Just usually eating extra throughout the day. Weigh in is tomorrow so hopefully…
  • Feel like an idiot. Didn’t even think that my lack of sleep would throw me off that bad. Hmm
  • I'm also having this week of no loss happening to me. Just trying to be patient and see it eventually. Funny how one weeks weigh in makes us second guess everything.
  • On my week of nights this week! Fun times in the transfusion medicine lab! Hope everyone's nights are going well!
  • Not sure what really keeps me on track. I know sometimes I might feel hungrier after a few extra cal days but I'm usually pretty good at getting back on track (I usually eat up around my maintenance cals on Saturday or Sunday and want to get back to deficit immediately so I don't turn it into a week of that). I think that…
  • I'm going to have this problem when I go to NYC in October for 6 days. So far my plan is to do my best at not going overboard, enjoy myself and I know I will be walking A LOT (can't wait to see what my Fitbit says haha). I think the most important thing will be to get right back to it when you return home.
