Need help staying accountable SOS

Will anyone be my friend on this app to help me stick to my diet? My roommates and boyfriend all eat like crap and I find it really hard to be good when I'm around them. Plus I already have the worst will-power ever to begin with! I just need someone to check in with daily-ish to help keep me on track

    Add me. I’m around a lot of junk too and sometimes eat it too but try to make better choices.

    It's terribly hard to rely on willpower and other people when you're surrounded with temptation and call the food you like best, crap! Your diet is what you eat, you aren't good or bad based on what you eat. You can eat anything in moderation, but of course a balanced and varied diet is good for you. A balanced and varied diet is also appealing, when you know how to cook and are used to how it looks, smells, tastes and feels.

    Motivation/willpower is fleeting. Small changes can make all the difference e.g like having what your friends are having only in smaller portions.
