I just try to eat less Fat and carbs. Replacing them with spinach or veggies :) but that's pretty much it for now. And that nice!! I only did bike for 7 minutes lol just the warm up for a leg and Booty workout

Starting all over again can be the worst but at the same time the best. I've lost around 70 pounds last time after my first pregnancy then got pregnant again and now I'm back were I was but I now this time when I lose weight I can do it and much better :smiley:

Hello Ashley my name is Angela and I'm right with you. I've been working on my weight loss for 2-3 months now and lost 25pounds my daughter is 5 months and I'm still trying to get to my before weight and even better lose a little more and I'm also breastfeeding:)
