The hardest thing for me is not being able to have my starbucks Carmel macchiato. I'm using hazelnut nutpods in my coffee and it's pretty good. The bullet proof coffee makes me nauseated so sometimes I just use some plain heavy cream.

Hi, I'm Sheila new to Keto for the last two days. Would love to join this challenge. My goal is to have no cheat days between now and the end of challenge.
