I try to avoid sugar alcohols so luckily I think that's a non-issue for me.

I'll share anything good I come across. I try to keep it simple though. For example, this morning I scrambled up 2 eggs with a half tablespoon heavy cream and poured that over some sautéed mushrooms. Topped it with 1/3 cup mixed cheeses and 1/2 avocado. Sprinkled with pink salt, pepper & turmeric. Yum!

Hi! I'm Cheryl and like you my busy lifestyle had me having way too many coffee runs. That wasn't the only issue as I'd often have a beer or wine at night. I had over 100 lbs to lose when I finally said enough is enough. I'm down a bit to 246, but still have a long way to go. Keep up the good work!
