I am also plant based and I eat roughly those macros, usually closer to 80-10-10. And I've been successful with it and feel great. I eat until I'm full and don't really calorie count. I use MFP to track macros more than calories. People are weirdly obsessed with protein.

I switched to a whole foods plant based diet. I went from 207 to 135 in a year. Best decision I ever made
