I'm exactly the same.... the day after weigh day my weight has gone up 3 lbs then that seems to drop off over the next four or so days with an extra 1-2 lbs the 2 days after that. Then after the next weekly weigh in my weights been up again. I'm only 3 weeks in so I'm guessing I'm still adjusting? Very strange but overall…

Day 4 (yesterday) I went over on overall calories....... macro % are ok but slightly over on carb grams. But I did do an hour and a half at the gym so hoping I will be ok??? Carbs 5% 24g / Fat 76% 183g / Protein 19% 102g Weighed the same today but still in total 3.75 lbs since Monday whoop whoop. Have a great Friday…

Day 3 (Yesterday) 73% Fat 157g / 20% Protein 99g / 7% Carbs 32g And 2 lb down yippee that's 3.75 lb in 3 days, this is crazy. I feel slightly nauseous so wondering if I'm going into ketosis. Loving the plan, I've not felt so hungry, not lost energy and I'm loosing weight. Have a great day everyone.
