Yeah it is really hard but I can deal with it. He shouldn't have to change because I am.... Just my thoughts....I normally make him food for his lunch and dinner and then I eat something different. To answer everyone's question. Yes I am under doctor supervision. He is the one who told me about this diet and how it works. Haha I still cheat a bit though cause to me eating 10 bites a day is horrible. So in between meals I'll shave some fruit or even a pickle which has no caleries. Now with the 30 day Fitness thing.…

Yes it is and when a person is obese aka me eating low calorie is what I need. As far as it being dangerous look at it this way. It's basically doing gastric bypass without the surgery. Which surgery is more dangerous as many things can happen. It's not un healthy to do it. What's unhealthy is my weight.

Hi I'm new in here and I have alot of weight to lose. I'm sticking with a smaller goal of 50 lbs then once I lose that I'll set another goal. I'm 30 and married to my best friend. I'm from Ohio and we are TTC so I have to lose this weight to be a healthier weight to conceive. Good luck.
