Taco Bell is sooooooooooooo good. Some of their stuff can go into your calories pretty well, especially the things off of their fresco menu, but the quesadillas and nachos... not so much. For like snack food I'd have to go with Cheetos and cheddar popcorn, though. I was they were nutritious :neutral:

Food, in most cases, is going to contain a lot more nutrients than a shake which has the priority of just supplying protein (and not much else). I'm jealous, I get 50g of protein a day through shakes because I struggle getting to my goal with just food :neutral:

Damn. My friend is coming up on 1000 days and I thought that was impressive until I read some of the replies here. Anything over a year is pretty damn motivating to see, honestly. Keep it up, everyone!
