I've heard people say that adding collagen peptides to your diet can help, but I'm not seeing any differences since starting. I think patience and taking good care of yourself are your best bets. Congrats on the loss so far!

Doing great except I've gotten nothing done at work today! I stepped on a digital scale after using an "analog" scale for a while and it turns out I didn't gain back as much as I'd thought previously. I'm 22lbs away from my halfway point! So that's exciting.
