My mantra today was 'Make the Most of May' - so I started with walking a morning errand that ended up being 4.4 miles round trip with the sun ablazing at the end . Today was back day at gym and it felt good . Nutrition I'm still needing major work

54 years young and motivated to lose 60 (again) - hit gym regular for weights but need to up my cardio . Unfortunately a stress eater and that just sneaks up out of no where , should also meal prep better -- looking forward to journey with health minded friends

Eva that sounds like a worthwhile splurge - have fun. I have some of that PB2 that I haven't tried yet. Nothing exciting today but I did stay in calorie range and walked 3 miles -- weather is hot already here - you have to learn to love it B)

I have a gym buddy and the routine is: Monday - back Tuesday - light legs Wednesday - abs Thursday - medium legs Friday - bi/tri Saturday - heavy legs Sunday - shoulders She is lean/mean so doesn't need the cardio that I do -- I follow her pretty closely and adapt as need to (if needed B) ) I'd say we consistently meet up…

My idea of 'whole foods' is minimal processed. Less packaging etc . Eat the fruit - don't drink just the juice. Cook more at home and less meals out. Control what is going in you ---

Don't be afraid of carbs B) Eat for nutritions sake - whole foods - avoid the processed whites. Carbs give us energy. We need them

I'm very very new and looking for ways to make it work
