Just weighed in today 242.6. In the 12 weeks I'd like to be down 10-15 lbs. I am going to kick up my workout so I get at least 15k steps 3 times a week. Transitioning to healthy eating and it is working so I need to stay on track. Have a great day everyone!

Stay fired up everyone! I will weigh in Tuesday and post then. Took today at a slower pace. Won't hit the 11k steps like usual but I will be kicking into high gear for the next 12 weeks! Oh yeah!

I just spoke with my doctor about this today. She said that after a large weight loss your body kind of fights you to lose more so it's best to maintain for a while and then resume your weight loss . Great job on what you've accomplished this far!
