I’m Amy. I’m new to the group. Jan 1 I shoveled snow for 50 minutes. I ate under my calories, logging everything. And I met my water goal! That’s a challenge for me.

I’m in. My goal is to lose 67 by the end of 2020. I’m currently at 207. I see results when I have accountability partners. This will be perfect for refocusing through the end of the year. Hoping to go from obese to overweight in the next 9 weeks!
