Sure, add me. Let's do it together.

Adaptability, it's sexy.

Do what you can for now. Jog in place if you have to. And then progress. No shame. Just do it.

Cabot is a good brand. I do tend to use Greek yogurt plain as a sour cream substitute and am happy with the taste and texture. I agree, it does lend itself well to savory dishes.
-
I never liked regular yogurt, but I am able to tolerate Greek yogurt because I prefer the texture. Regular yogurt activated my gag reflex, for whatever reason. Greek is a 'cleaner' sort of mouthfeel for me. Anyway, if you can eat it, it's a great source of protein. And the flavored Chobani are good. Liberte is really good,…

Intuitive eating mostly works for me. I do come back to MFP when I need to count calories and macros to drop a few pounds. I'm reluctant to call it 'intuitive eating' because my MFP experience educated me on macros, calories, lifting, cardio, etc. For me, it's not entirely intuitive. I gained knowledge here, and I think I…

Hello! I guess I'm now a part of the 40+ club. I turned 40 last July. :) I was on MFP a few years ago and lost a few pounds. I'm back again to count my macros. It worked then, so it should get me back on the right track. I'll mainly be running for exercise. Nice to meet you all.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I have the ratio right for pour-over. I measured it when I first started with my Kalita Wave and have gone by the same measurements ever since. Also, I wanted to mention the grinder I use. It's an entry level Baratza burr grinder. Not cheap, but certainly not top of the line. It has made a huge…

I love pizza, cake, and ice-cream. I won't be giving them up either. I just eat less of them.

I buy freshly roasted whole bean coffee (and I mean roasted in the last 7 to 10 days), grind it right before I pour the water, and sometimes I use half & half or whole milk, not always though. If you drink high-quality coffee you soon realize most of the bitterness is gone. And that's typically why people use the milk, to…

This word: whatnot Can't stand it. A guy I dated years ago used the word at least every few days. I wanted to scream. Can you be any more generic or vague? whatnot Aside from that, just bad grammar and misspellings in general. And especially the misspelling of definitely as definately. He did that too. People who don't…

Hard to choose... my Garmin watch, my Balega socks, or my Bluetooth headphones. I think I have to pick the socks!

Lucy & Katie, my beagle dogs. :)

I focus on running, walking, and hiking. Sometimes kayaking. https://www.endomondo.com/profile/

Yes, and it can be stressful if you don't speak the predominant language. Exciting though. I love travel.

Biscuit with turkey bacon and egg.

I'll never forget... one year I made a similar version of this using yellow grape tomatoes and basil I grew myself. It was the best! Truly the best sauce ever. I used the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, fresh parm, salt, pepper. Makes me want to grow the tomatoes again this year. I think I will.

I like Grape-Nuts.

Crockpot chicken with a spicy southern barbecue sauce, greens (either collards or spinach), salad, mango for dessert. I carbed it up at lunch so I'm going lighter on cards for dinner.
-
I like the Brie and Muenster cheeses, Kerrygold butter when they have it, and their sparkling flavored water in cans.
-
Definitely sushi. It's my favorite. Sushi and seaweed salad.
-
I find eating when I'm hungry works well for me.
-
One simple meal I sometimes make is a big baked potato filled with leftover chicken breast (shredded or diced), broccoli, and cheese.

You might consider buying a better quality coffee, fresh roasted whole beans, and grind it fresh, with a good grinder. You won't need the cream to mask any bitterness. Craft is a company I order from regularly online. I make pour over and use a burr grinder. I do still like half & half in mine, but sometimes I just want to…

Snackwell cookies. Yes, I remember those. They were pretty horrid.

I have a Garmin Vivoactive and love it. Covers everything I would want to track. Syncs to MFP and Endomondo. Easy peasy.
