Hi, I'm 4'11 - starting weight was 150.5, I have been exercising like crazy. I do 40 minute spinning class and one hour elliptical for a total of about 5-6 workouts per week. To get to the 130's by my 49th birthday on June 15, I am currently at 150.5. That's a lot, I know....but I am going to give it my best shot.
