Im a mature student graduating on the 13th of July and want to look good on the pictures. Also I have two lovely pairs of jeans that I want to get back to by July or my niece will have them. Ive put my name in the London marathon ballot so I need to get fit because I have a tendency to win any ballot I enter!

Agreed! Still the positive psychology has convinced me about the effectiveness of affirmations and 3 small things I'm grateful everyday for my life as a whole. I do feel better when I do them (I suffer from depression, body dysmorphia and had an eating disorder for most of my life).

I feel the same. My 18th day today and no loss. I think the weight will come off when it does. I weigh myself everyday and my food too.

I have hashimotos too and the same has happened to me. I'm part of the thyroid community at healthunlocked and learned a lot there. Still can't shift the weight.
