Just found your challenge. I started Keto last week and was in LA for work this week. I walked everywhere, had only 2 meals per day and lost 2.5 lbs in 4 days. Now I'm back in KC where it's raining. I can have up to 30 g of sugar though I am trying to stay around 20g. Silk makes coconut/almond milk unsweetened for 35 calories per 8 oz glass. My guess is that you are getting sweetened almond milk.
