Meal prep defiantly. I hate spending hours in the kitchen so I meal prep twice a week. Once on Sunday and once during the week, for me it is Wenesday. Planning on a round of Frisbee golf which is more like a light hike with frisbee today. Takes about an hour then a walk with dogs or a bike ride tonight.

I am going to set my alarm to go off every hour and if I have not been out of my chair I will walk my office, go to the back room and stretch and then head back to work. Also I will take a short walk during lunch if it is not raining.

I wake between 530 and 6 and don't eat till 8am (just can't) anyway I do one of two things: 1> Boiled egg and fruit or 2 > egg in a cup. I eat this when I get to work. New to Fitness Pal due to my new Samsung Smartwatch but 4 months into a 100 pound weight loss goal. Last weigh in was 2 weeks ago and I was down 26 pounds. Logged 114 days on Lose It app until I realized it will not sink with new watch so here I am. 74 more pounds to go by June 1 2018. Love the idea of some new friends.
