My doctor recommended a multi and a B complex and I DO feel better when I’m consistent with them. Also D because I get very low in the winter, and a food-based iron because I’m anemic. I like Innate Response vitamins which are made from whole food, mostly veggies. And Nordic Naturals for the fish oil.

I bought the book, followed the beginner program, and although I never lifted on my own before I got hooked on the workouts and the results. I’d recommend it! It gives you aesthetic results and good muscle balance, in my opinion. I just started the beginner program for a second run with more resistance.

It was a Decleor face oil, I wonder if they still make it... the ylang ylang face oil was really good too. I worked at a spa way back when. We used a lot of aromatherapy! Good tip on using the coconut oil on hair too. Why don’t I already do this, lol.

Can anyone suggest a hair mask or some product to help nourish dry hair? I’m looking for something that won’t weigh it down once it’s rinsed. My hair is soaked in Moroccan Oil right now, I smell like a salon and things look a little stringy, oops.
