Love the treadmill. Walking at 6 km and putting the incline up every 10 minutes for 90 minutes.

Ive lost 22 kg and still have 10 kg to go. As I'm loosing weight my skin is shrinking and I'm toning up as well as I'm doing strength training - compound exercises and isolating exercises. They are both good. Lifting weights tones and gives you nicely defined muscles and increases your metabolic rate for quite awhile afterwards.
