Finished first week on WW and lost 3.8 lbs! I could use the WW tracker but I like this one better! Wishing you continued success!

So far tracking is helping. I've been doing it for around a week. I have a lot of weight to lose. I joined weight watchers last Saturday with a friend so hope that helps as well. I have over 100 lbs to lose. Some days it feels like an impossible task!
