I'm not trying to let it bother me. I was just curious about what my personal BF% was. I've been struggling with loosing unintentional weight. So I started a food diary. I've recently started eating like 6 times a day, small meals, if I don't, I can't reach my 2150 calorie goal, but according to my Fitbit that is only…

Yes, I do. Well, last month I did, lol When I was younger, like 16, there were months that I didn't get it. My mom asked my doctor, and he said it was because I didn't have enough body fat. I just want to be healthy

This is what I found... Healthy Fat Ranges As of publication in September 2000 of an article in “American Journal of Clinical Nutrition,” there was no agreed-upon standard of healthy percentage body fat. That's alot for me . I started lifting again after almost 15 years of not, and doubled my caloric intake. I have gained 5lbs in 2…

I've been trying to take in more than that. I try to get between 107g and 130g of protein. More towards 130g on training days. What does creatine do? Please don't laugh... I'm just so new to all of this. I didn't worry about nutrients when I was lifting in high school. I just ate whenever I was hungry. Lol

Grab a spoon and a jar of Skippy. 6 Tbsp later and you've added 570 calories, and 21g of protein. I could eat peanut butter all day. :D
