Hello. I have 30 something pounds to lose. I've been here for several months, but not that active. I'm choosing now to start being active. New friends sounds good. I like running and hiking - when the weather is a bit warmer. I'm relying on my elliptical and treadmill pretty much for cardio. I'm being lazy about my strength training because the room's too cold. (I don't mean to complain)

Well, I think that I'd like to have some friends on here. I want to run a half marathon this October. The most I've ever run is 7 miles. So, we'll see how that goes.
