  • I personally drink a fruit smoothie mixed with a couple scoops of Maximum Vibrance a few times per week. It has every known nutrient so a good way to make sure you aren't missing anything.   • If you are on Nutrisystem, probably easier to use their Numi app than MyFitnessPal. I was quite unhappy with the quality of Nutrisystem food so I canceled quickly and switched to MFP. There is nothing unique about NS. Just buy better frozen and prepared foods at the grocery store and log correctly with MFP, same results…
  • LaCroix water. It worked great for me. Just like beer, there is a bit of a time to acquire the taste, but since it's carbonated, it should help with your soda cravings immensely. And you can drink it guilt free - 0 calories.
