Hey there...think about the local YMCA they usually have child care childcare and i kmow single moms there get discounts on memberships based on income. Some have a pool..and getting in the pool with you kids is fun and a lot of exercise!.. Lol Good luck on your journey Your friend!

Already lost 93lbs....you can do it Pick a program and set a goal of sticking to it...and remember....falling off the wagon and scarfing down a dozen kreme filled donuts...is not failure! I only weigh my self every couple of months I go with measurements and strength more than weight.
