I blend 2 eggs, 1 container cottage cheese and 40 g oats and then fry it in a bit of coconut oil, Makes a high protein pancake. Top with cinnamon and Stevia or jelly.

I eat about 80 g protein and 250 g carbs, so definitely not low carb. Not a big fan of these low carb diets.

I joined the step challenge and my hubby the weight loss challenge. He can win a lot. And yes, I heard, it‘s legit and they pay.

Don’t log the milk in my coffee, 50 cals less or more a day didn’t make much difference in losing weight.

Bought a fitbit and lots of new clothes after losing a lot of weight. Also buy a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, kinda expensive.

Giving up eating to much of everything. Eat half of everything now and it was easier than I thought.

Compound exercises like Squats and Deadlift, also Planks for the core. I like to train many muscles with just a few exercises. Running for cardio.

I do fast one day a week, definitely don’t starve myself. Keeps my belly nice and flat and I don’t (can’t) eat so much for the next days.

I walk about 12000 steps in order to get 400 exercise cals from fitbit. Yours is pretty high.

I ate about 1000 cals a day for 8 weeks. Lost a lot of weight of course, now at maintenance, had no problems.
