Yep, what I meant was I am eating exactly the calories back, that I burn. Basically the other way around, lol. COCI! But yes, I will count calories the rest of my life.

I obsessed over CICO and eating healthy at the same time. Results were phenomenal. Now I am still doing CICO in order to keep my weight. CICO is not overrated for me.

I cut out added sugar and after a few weeks I didn’t even crave for sweets anymore. Candy, Donuts, Cupcakes etc. taste so sweet now that it‘s disgusting. You‘re taste buds will love a simple apple after you cut out the Super Sweets.

I don’t care about classes. A good amount of weights and weight benches plus lots of cardio machines are fine, don’t want to wait in line when it gets busy. Also I expect not to get approached by annoying personal trainers to sign up for try out sessions.

The pureed frozen banana sounds great. Mine are almonds, Babybell cheese and hardboiled eggs.

I think I am giving up too. My ultimate goal was 130 lbs, I am 5‘4“ and stuck with 134 lbs. Most days I eat around 1200 cal but. Other days around 1800. Seems like my body really loves the weight I have now. And people say I got to skinny anyway. So... starting to eat my maintaining cals and still do my weight lifting.…

Eat more fiber and drink a lot of water. I eat about 50 g and It helped me so much to stay full and not thinking about snacking all the time.

As long as I stay under 100 g carbs, don’t care about fat and protein to much. Carbs 30, Protein 35, Fat 35.

Getting my fat percentage down to 27.

I lost to much on my upper body, especially breasts. Went from 34 C to a 32 D. I thought about getting a breast enlargement.

Anytime I feel like I want to snack I eat hard boiled eggs or babybel cheese. Protein helps me to get over cravings.

I am 48, just wanna lose 4 more lbs. Lost 21 with breaks. My goal was to have my dream body before I turn 50. The last 5 lbs are hard, needs a lot of dedication. Good luck to everyone.

For me only heavy weightlifting (machines, dumbbells etc.) shaped and toned my body.

I just got back from the doc, she diagnosed Trochanteric Bursitis. I had this pain for the last year hoping it would go away on its own. Have to take 600 mg Advil 3 times a day (hate it!) and do ice/heat packs, then specific exercises. If that doesn‘t help I‘ll get physical therapy. Good luck to you!

You look great. I do 16:8 IF and stopped counting calories. Just eat what I like until I feel satisfied. I wanted to fight my snacking habits that caused weight loss stall. l hoped to lose fat, not muscle this way. So far very happy with my progress.
