I'm starting off walking as well. I hope as I lose weight, I will be able to start jogging again. I've had several knee injuries and jogging isn't possible at my current weight.

Eat Bison rather than beef if you can. It is leaner and has more protein than beef.

I haven't been here very long but there is definitely plenty of support here from what I've seen.

I'm on day 8 but have done this before. I find when I have cravings a handful of blueberries work really well. A little sweetness but not like eating sweeter fruit.

I started around the same time as you. I'm looking to lose 50 lbs and then another 15 depending on how I look and feel. I just want to get healthy and hopefully learn along the way how to keep it off for good!
