I sadly didn't lose anything this week. I have no excuse other than I am really let down because I ate healthy but maybe didn't get active enough. Silver lining....atleast I didn't gain :)

I had a few extra drinks while camping over the weekend. Then forgot to weigh in so I'm hoping this coming weekends weigh in will show something good. I ate really healthy so I have a good feeling.

I did it! I walked 4 miles tonight!!

Heading out to go on a walk. My goal is 2 miles today. I do 1 mile every day and just stop. Well today's the day I'm switching up my route and adding another mile on. Time to break my routine. Wish me luck. Beginning weight 168 7/10 168 Goal weight 155
