WOW! Apparently I misunderstood the whole caloric deficit thing. So I am supposed to eat the 800 calories back everyday? I kind of let them build up for the weekend when I don't excercise because I may go to a restaurant or go over the 1600. Should I be eating more?

Are you doing heavy lifting daily? Fast foods tend to have copious amounts of sodium which can cause water retention and finally are you having daily bowel movements? These are things to consider if you are weighing and logging foods every bit of it and still see no loss. Just my humble opinion though.

Hello I'm 40, and since January 2017 I managed to lose exactly 40lbs through cardio and strength training Monday through Friday and keeping my caloric intake under 1600 most days. It's an uphill battle and I have about 60lbs to go. Trust me I feel your pain.

Both. I do two 35 minute sessions of cardio 5 days a week and strength training 5 days a week as well alternating leg, butt and gut day and arms, chest , back and gut.
