Eggs. I've tried and CANNOT stand them!!! Cheese, yes I've been told a million times how weird I am.

I find it often takes the soreness away! As I tell my kids, walk it off!

I'm also used to eating quickly as a full time supervisor eating at her desk and as a mom to three. However, I have been working hard on putting my fork down between bites and this seems to help.

yogurt, atkin bars, quest bars, nuts, dried fruit, jerky, Good Thins for a low-cal like chip/cracker.

I love cereal but rarely eat it because it just does not have enough protein, even with the skim milk, to keep me filled up. Especially since breakfast is after my 60-80 min workout. My kids love their cereal though, and will not eat my plain no-sugar cereals....

My favorite Pandora station while exercising is Flo'Rida station. It is upbeat and keeps me moving fast!

I'm the same way, my body usually just knows to wake at 4:15 am.

Yup! Up at 4:15 am for 5am classes M-F! Once you're in the routine, you're good and your body aligns very well. I also make sure I'm in bed with lights and tv off at 9:15 pm to get full 7 hours sleep. I don't know how people workout at night; I just want to go home!

I only count "real exercise" in MFP. So only gym time or if I go on a hike with family. I know that may sound snotty but if you're like me and tend to eat almost all your calories listed in MFP, then I rather just have any other activity as an extra not counted so I don't eat it up

I do because it is all calories and high calories at times with the fruit, but I remember years ago when I was in Weight Watchers my instructor said "nobody has even become overweight by eating too many apples" and that has always stuck with me.

I totally get this, I love the full feeling! But I have lost almost 160 pounds and do not want to gain it back!! I have about 7 more pounds to make it to a weight I would like to maintain and I am thinking that when I reach it, I will let myself have one day of eating what I want and no tracking that day. But only one day…
