I only use stevia as a sweetner and avoid all fruit (too much natural sugar and carbs for me)

5'4 and 205lbs. I wear a 14 in pants right now When I was 140 pounds (before having kids) I wore a size 7 or 9. I have big hips and thighs nomatter my weight lol

I'm currently 209 lbs and have 1400-1500 calories per day, low carb, moderate protein and high fat. I don't have any sugar and drink lots of water. So far I have lost 9lbs in a week! No working out other then daily 30 min walks with my kids.

So true! My baby is 8 months old and I have gained back 14 pounds that I had initially lost when I had him! I am currently having about 1400-1500 calories per day and have lost 9lbs in 6 days!
