  • My daughter had an issue like this. She had to change to a vegetarian diet, her body didn't like to process meat. When I went to basic training I didn't go for almost a month because of the continuous exercise and physical activity.
  • I use muscle pharm combat powder. It has 25g per scoop and average amount of sugar. I like the vanilla I mix it with greek yogurt and it taste like vanilla pudding. It doesn't bloat me like some others I've tried. It is hard for me to drink it with water, so I drink it with milk.

  • If you are tracking your caloric intake on the app you can go to settings and change your goal. Change to maintain weight and it will adjust your calories. If you want to do it gradually then change from for example losing 1 lbs per week to .5 lbs until the goal is to maintain.
