Simple answer, 1600 calories a day and run for 30 or walk for an hour when you get up. You cannot lose fat alone without exercise so dont just starve yourself. The proper caloric deficit with proper exercise at the right time is gold.

I said before i believed your mostly correct. You cant say all of that is based only on you eating processed foods in moderation, unless you know it was nothing else causing health increases. Processed foods can even help you lose fat! And even with the question i still would never reccomend anyone eat processed foods. TO…

This lady above this post is right until about half way when she disagrees with me. She is wrong, anyone who tells you processed foods are good is wrong. Her advice is sound though for a healthy lifestyle, i gave advice based on the question not the reach of my pissing stream

Many different workout styles. If you just wanna drop fat to look good then simple as 30 min a day of cardio right when you get up so your body goes into fat eating beast mode. Take in a couple less hundred calories and dont eat any and i mean any processed foods and you will be good

How commited to fitness are you? Fitness isnt a 30 day program its a 100 year or however long you live program.
