Yes. Definitely! I quit soda and went to water almost two months ago and lost 24 pounds in that time (I was 300+ pounds). I calculated that I was drinking about 1,000 calories of soda per day so it easy to see what largely happened. Just keep it up! Thanks! :) It's easier for me though because I was over 300 pounds so it seems I'm expected to eat more to maintain and my exercise helps more with calories burned I went ahead and opened my food diary now too so people can see that I'm not starving myself or anything.
