I've lost 44 and no one other than my husband has even seemed to notice my weight loss. I'd take a "hey, skinny mini" any day. lol I understand where you're coming from though.

Why would you need both Phentermine AND Topamax? It seems odd to prescribe both at once. Toss the Topamax.

I eat out at least once a week on Wednesdays because I go to bar trivia at an Irish pub. Authentic Irish food is amazing. Besides that, I usually only eat out once every other week or so. I'm obsessed with Taco Bell, so I have to indulge every now and then so I don't go crazy.

I bought new clothes for the first time since December. The last time I tried on clothes, I cried a little, swore really loudly, and got dirty looks because of the swearing. lol This time, I actually had FUN trying on clothes! I bought some cute tops, and I even went from an XL to a Medium.

I feel your pain. I have hypothyroidism. I can eat 900 calories and gain 2 lbs. Losing weight with thyroid issues really sucks. I hope you get your test results soon so you can get the proper meds if needed.

I love asparagus baked with a tiny bit of olive oil, salt, and Parmesan. Some people boil the crap out of asparagus and it's a mushy gross mess, but baked is so much better. Or have you ever tried mashed cauliflower? I've also made zucchini chips - slice them thin, add a sprinkling of parm to the top, and bake.

Have you ever had your thyroid checked? I was exhausted all the time, light headed, gained a ton of weight. Got checked and I have hypothyroidism. Just something to look into.

I'm obsessed with Panera. I usually get black bean soup and half a steak and arugula sandwich. It's only 340 calories, and I'm always super stuffed after. But I could eat soup for every meal. I love soup. It's a little high in sodium so I just eat less sodium for my other meals and drink extra water. No biggie.
