Hey there, I'm on week 6 of low carb, high fat. My doc said it could stabilize my moods, which seem to be set off by blood sugar fluctuations. So far I've lost 9 pounds and feel great. I wish there was an easier way to calculate net carbs on MFP- chia seed pudding is great for fiber, but the total car count is nuts, and doing math throughout the day is NOT what I signed up for!

Girlgroves & evivahealth: do you do planned cheat meals or days? When I know that pretty soon I am going to be able to have something delicious, it makes me more focused on other days. I just do a cheat meal. Cheat days would be too unstructured for me to actually stay on the wagon. Just a thought. :)

I'm in week 5 of vegetarian keto and I feel great. The first few weeks were a shocking change for me, but all you read is true: the cravings go away, you feel more motivated, and I've lost 7 pounds so far. Be sure to include coconut oil and greens/broccoli/cauliflower, etc for fiber!
