Hi I’m new here but not new to keto. I was on it for 6 months and lost 40 lbs. this past two months I was off and gained back 15 lbs. I want to get back on track. Current weight: 230 August Goal: 220 Happy to find a group to help motivate me and to motivate others!

This week has been terrible. Can’t keep my calories low and weight is up 2 lbs. ugh!

All of a sudden yesterday I was soooooo hungry. I overate probably to about 1600 cal-1800cal instead of my norm of 1000. Now the scale is up 4 lbs even though I worked out yesterday burning at least 600 cals? This is so frustrating why such a huge gain?

This week there was no loss for me. Had a few bad days. Hope next week I can catch up

Started out with a 100 pound loss goal last year. Have changed my diet and exercise many times since then but have lost 35 lbs. so I have 65 more to go! Would love to give and receive support and motivation here

@birgitkwood @Nikion901 about the projection I agree I could see where it could motivate I have just yet to see it actually happen. Yesterday my 5 week projection was 202. It seems low

Been on keto two months. Had a bad carb day today. Really trying to stick to it. Was testing with ketostix. My result color doesn’t match anything on the container. But before today I was sure I was in ketosis because I wasn’t hungry and was tracking and ate less than 20 carbs per day for two weeks. Now I have to get back…

OT: does anyone else think that when you complete diary and it gives you a projected weight in 5 weeks that number is rubbish?

It’s taken me a year. Only started keto two months ago was doing other things before like just LC diets and calorie restriction. But I have lost 35 lbs. now I am finding hard to stay in ketosis. We can do this together!
