My Favorite is 1/2 cup Strawberries 1/2 Cup of Blue Berries 1/2 Cup of Rasberries 1/2 Cup of Black berries 1 Scoop of Whey Protien (Vanilla) I also add fiber (2 tsp) Skim milk to help blend All Fruit is frozen. I vary the fruit for different flavors when I want a change.
