My Apple watch sends my exercise calories to MFP...It also sends my steps. You should check your health App to make sure it's set up to send that information to MFP... (go to profile in health, then apps and make sure that info it checked off)

I have a renpho. Was $27 on Amazon and I like that it has a smart phone app that goes with it

I have a renpho scale. It cost about $25 on Amazon and it had a blue tooth app that goes with it. It gives me all that information. I like it a lot.

Check out www.dwlz.com she has done a lot of research on different restaurants and has a lot of calories for them. IDK if she will have the one you are going to but it's worth a look.

Yes it does. I prefer not to sync my steps because I don't like it adding extra calories just for walking around.

I was at a stall because I was eating to few calories. I upped my calories by changing my activity level from sedentary to lightly active and I'm suddenly losing again. So it is actually possible to lose weight by eating more calories. Just because 1200 calories woulda for one person, doesn't mean it works for all.

Actually that answer isn't correct. It adjusted automatically for my husband when we put his new weight in.
