Thanks, guys! I think that's a pretty good idea. I looked into it, but here's where I got confused. Some people say you should cycle calories to recomp, some say that you should be eating in maintenance range, and some even say you should be in a pretty aggressive deficit while incorporating heavy compound lifting.…
