I like the swim calculator. Having to kinda guess the pace, it came up with 662 cal burned.

I'm gonna break out the dive watch. I believe there is a timer on it so I can get lap times and total time.

My goal is to loose 113.6lbs.....but if I get there, I am going to keep going. I've just had that goal of reaching 200lbs for so long. Started at 313.6 currently 284.4 my goal is 200. When I get to it, I'll keep going...I've just had that goal for a long time.
