  • Ive been eating late in the day try to eat breakfast at noon or 1pm and eat a luchable that has around 300 cals and then a lunch from 300-400 cals so some toast with eggs or sommin then I have a big dinner around 1000 cals. And for me atleast rice makes me feel really stuffed. Just had a sweet and sour with rice for dinner…
