I'm with @MamaOfTwo2017 That's really delicious! Lipton also has ice tea bags. They don't have all the additives iced tea from cans have and come in normal tea bags. This is one of their serving suggestions:

@dubstepvideobody What are your favorite pinterest models? Unfortunately there are no physical stores in the Netherlands other than 2 that only sell their beauty products (perfumes, bags, body care, etc) and online there are obviously shipping fees, but I love London and go there at least 2x a year (it's honestly super…

@plainpixxel Lol, yeah, shapewear freaks me out too! I don't know if you can do anything about it because I don't know the details of your body composition. I know there are exercises to make your hips bigger and waist smaller, but since I feel you're already quite muscular I'm not sure how much of a difference it would…

Whoops, those are unfortunately not my, but dubstepvideobody's measurements ;-) While I'm a perfect hourglass when measured by shoulders-waist-hips, my bust is lacking 1,5 cm/ .59 inch in circumference to count as one. I'm hoping that'll get better as I lose more weight, but not counting on it :') There are different…

@dubstepvideobody I definitely plan on doing it forever. I was in about the same place as you were about half a year ago. I wanted to try it for a month and see how it went from there, but did it in a completely wrong way by just eliminating all the animal products I ate and not replacing any of them. That caused me to eat…

May I ask why you have that number in mind? Size 4 is very small and a lot of people won't ever fit in there because their hips are just too wide. I'm a 5'8" hourglass of 140 lbs and am a size 10.

Haha, I wish!! I've been vegan since the 1st of June and eat some form of soy with almost every meal, but have yet to see any growth there :D 4.5 liters of water is a lot! How do you drink so much?

Are they all giraffe like though? I mean, Miranda Kerr is only 5'8"/175 cm (I know she's not an angel anymore, but that's besides the point). I know for myself I have no set measurements I feel I need to have though. Yes, I'm working towards the waist and hips measurements of the models, but if at some point I feel it has…

I'd love to find a or some twin(s) as well! I'm Dutch, so my status updates will be in kg. Age: 24 Height: 5'8" / 173 cm Height weight: 158.7 lbs / 72.3 kg Current weight: 140.9 lbs / 63.9 kg Goal weight: 123 lbs / 56 kg

Probably not

I know it isn't. It seems to be different in different countries and places. Some will be injected and some will be supplemented. Although I was talking about the first I went with your article because it also said lifestock doesn't get enough of the foods they would need to get what they need in a natural way; instead…

I would like to read more about this. Watching this thread in case someone does come with more information.

It's dependend on the level you're comfortable eating. More than 2 portions of low mercury fish a week isn't recommended for pregnant or lactating women or children. For a healthy man or woman it can be more, but yeah.. Like I said, it's what you're comfortable with.
-
Not untrue. B12 is made by microorganisms that are mostly found, there you have it: in soil. High concentrations in the soil leads to high concentrations in, you guess it: cobalt in the plants that grow on this soil. In the article you yourself linked it says: " Most forages and feedstuffs fed to dairy and beef animals do…

Yes, and if you eat fish more than 2 times a week you're going to lean towards a mercury problem more so than the problems red meat offers. None are very appealing. About the b12 deficiency: B12 actually comes from soil. Meat used to have this naturally, but since most cows (and other lifestock) don't get to eat natural…

My sentiments exactly. I have a cube every day and it keeps the cravings away.

Height: 5'8" / 173 cm Original starting weight: 158.7 lbs Starting Weight challenge: 150 lbs Goal weight on 6/22: 142 lbs 5/22: 150 lbs 5/29: 147.9 lbs 6/5: 147.7 lbs 6/12:145.5 lbs 6/19: 141.8 lbs 6/22: 142 lbs total loss: 8 lbs So I made it! After last week a very small gain, but still a great progress :) That concludes…

Same here. I'm trying to get my calories in, but even my smoothie suddenly takes 2 hours to drink because I figured I should probably force some food in.

Something went wrong, sorry!

Yeah, I don't do much cardio either :D Just walking really. I always walk to the grocery store and when my boyfriend is home we have walks together. I *love* barre/pilates workout combinations and since yesterday added a resistance band/loop for more muscle building. Much like this one:…

Of course it's achievable. The amount of calories you eat is pretty manageable, but hot dogs? Ice cream? Saltines? Why don't you stick to the same calories, but switch those foods for foods that are actually nutrient dense. You're going to 'kick start' your diet with any kind of foods, because you'll shed water weight…

I tried it for 2 weeks until I got bad lower back pains. If you haven't done it yet I'd recommend first doing other fitness routines.
-
That does sound like an amazing experience :) I really just want to book a plane ticket now after talking about it! On the model body note; I bought an 11kg resistance loop/band today! I did a couple of circuits with it and I absolutely love it. Much more rewarding than doing it on only bodyweight and 2kg handheld weights,…

That's awesome! I 've had miso soup about every other day last week :D I use the terrasana instant miso soup though and throw ginger, sweet potato, carrot, silk tofu, shiitake, sugarsnaps and some non-fried miso noodles in there. Super simple and fresh. I would like to make it myself some time too. Where in Japan did you…

Haha, I wish! I feel you have us confused with Norway, which is indeed very similar in regards to Swedish nature and people and is the country real vikings originated from :-) the Netherlands is just a small, flat little country that's way more city than nature ;) I know what you mean with the differences though. It's…

If you do it, make sure you love the work of the artist. He/she can make or break the art and you have to be sure to be in line with their style. I got my tattoo 8 years ago and still love it. It's become a part of who I am, so I'll always love it (not sure that makes sense). But if I could do it again it would be with a…

Do you eat foods containing vitamin C with your plant-based iron sources? It increases absorbtion of the iron and since you say you don't get that much iron that seems like a good idea to do. Maybe it'd be nice to check your nutrients and vitamin intake on cronometer.com It's free and shows you what you eat and breaks down…

I'd check out Mic. the Vegan on youtube. He's a very rational guy that basically bombards you with science of all kinds of different sources. If you don't follow him you can check the articles out because he links directly to them. I've only been vegan for 2,5 weeks, so I'm definitely not an authority on this, but I do…

Coconut yoghurt tastes fantastic! I personally always have alpro soy yoghurt, but that might not be available depending on where you live. You really don't have to miss out. There's alternatives with coconut, rice milk, almond milk, pea milk and so on. They flavor it with all the flavors dairy also has.
