DMV here in Los Angeles sucks at all hours. Governor Moonbeam is taxing us out of existence and he sure as hell isn't putting the tax-theft money into DMV. Many of the people standing in line are illegals getting their state mandated drivers licenses. Only bright spot is that there are quite a few taco and fruit vendors…
